COVID19 POLICY

In addition to the below Policy - we have also completed Infection Prevention Training - see certification below.

 

Belles and Bubbles Hire and Events Management agrees that in line with Government guidance, business activities should only take place where we can establish social distancing, safe systems of work and suitable protection measures for customers/staff as well as good disinfecting procedures for equipment.  

 

Bell Tent Hire can only take place where equipment is hired in an enclosed and private back garden area with no access to public spaces. Indoor teepee hire is only to be used in one room within the household and should not be moved between rooms after installation. 

 

Use of the hire equipment must be for the householder only, plus the number of people allowed under the government guidelines at the time.

 

We are only able to hire for larger social gatherings under the government guidance at the time.

 

Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use. 

 

Adequate PPE, including gloves and face mask will be worn on delivery, set up and collection by staff from Belles and Bubbles Hire.

 

Equipment will be thoroughly washed (at a minimum of 60 degrees), cleaned and disinfected before it can be rehired, as standard.

Duvets, covers, sheets, mattress protectors, pillowcases, blankets and cushion covers for all sleepover hires will be washed at 60 degrees as mentioned above and placed in a fastened bag 72hrs prior to delivery.

Soft furnishings that cannot be washed at 60 degrees will not be included in the packages.

  

The client must notify Belles and Bubbles Hire in advance of delivery if there are any members of the household (or other guests using the equipment) who have tested positive for COVID19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to hire, during the hire or within 2 weeks after the hire. Belles and Bubbles Hire will also notify the hirer if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises.  This policy is in addition to the standard terms of hire which must be agreed to prior to hire.
